How to tape up your hands before a fight

Useful reference?

Let’s go beat someone up! But no seriously, does this prevent pain or something ? What do these bandages actually serve ?

It keeps your bones aligned to prevent injury, compresses soft tissue to make the fist more rigid, and pads the knuckles. Skull bones are sturdier than hand bones, and even if you know what you’re doing there’s a high risk of damaging your metacarpals if you punch someone barehanded. It’s why they recommend if you find yourself in a fight unprepared to bunt their nose with the butt of your palm, because if the other person tucks their head and you end up hitting their forehead instead it’ll do a lot less damage to your palm than your knuckles.

Tumblr teach’n you how to fucks someone’s shit up.

For any followers that might need to know how to do this! There are also Youtube tutorials you can watch if you find the above diagram confusing!

Good luck in your training!

There was a really incredible movie made in India in 2016, named after her (“Neerja”) and it really is well worth the watch. Really good film for a strong female lead, it made like $20 million at box office. It’s a super authentic, moving story. Really good for female led films. Has one of bollywood’s incredible women in it, Sonam Kapoor, as Neerja. The trailer is a bit cheesy, but honestly, the film is well worth a watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rXywNABllI&has_verified=1

The Screaming Bridge At least 36 people were reported dead on or around the Maud Hughes Road Bridge. Ghostly figures, mists, and lights have been seen, as well as black hooded figures and a phantom train. According to the legend, a man and woman were held up on top of the bridge while traveling on a car. At first the man got out to get help to save the woman but she died, later the man also died

misguided ppl who say “humans are evil since we only do good things bc it makes us feel good not bc it makes other ppl feel good” practice an odd form of selective hearing. by ur own admission the internal motivation of humans 2 do good comes from the fact that, well, ppl feel good when instilling good feelings in others….. doesnt sound very evil or selfish to me…. aueaux contraireaux, it sounds almost…. empathethic…… compassionate………….. goodwilled, one could say…………….
