I’m 100% sure that in the next elections all SA countries are going to vote right following Brazil footsteps. The lefties got their opportunity and failed us all, people are disappointed. However, politics has tendencies… In 10 years from now everyone will be voting for the left wing again, just like a decade ago

The “one thing is the right and another thing is nazis” is exactly the point. When my non-latin american friends ask me, i try to let them know that he’s not just a right wing guy. He supports the dictatorship we’ve had, you know how bad this is? Because latinos know what it means when we say a guy supports these kinds of things. We’ve all been there.

That being said, depending on how bad things goes, in 10 years we might still be stuck in this situation. As I said, he’s not just a right wing guy. He has a thing for dictatorships.

exactly, only we can understand what a dictatorship means. i feel like our president is just a right wing guy, stupid, classist, a muppet and drowning us in more poverty. but defending dictatorships is a whole different level.. still dangerous to have both in countries like argentina and brazil. hopefully, this wont be the case of a “right wing plague” in the continent

Yes. Macri is just a right wing guy, it sucks but you can live through it. Protest against him if you want to. There’s freedom of speech.

The progressists of argentina need to get together. One thing that made things worse in brazil was the fact that the left parties were fighting against each other. I would’ve helped if they had united themselves for a bigger cause before it was too late.

Talk to people, find the best way to keep yourselves away from the conservative wave. I know it’s hard, but please do it!
