Hi, i’m from Mexico City and one thing emblematic about it is the food, particularly street food. All that fried maize stuffed with so many possibilities, tacos of all types, with different salsas and let’s not forget some traditional lemon or hibiscus water. Plus, you can find it almost anywhere.
this is exactly what I think of when I think of CDMX too and is absolutely one of the reasons why I love Mexico so much. I could eat nothing but Mexican street food for the rest of my life and be fine with that.
Well… I´m from Argentinia, something that always remind me of home, especially when i´m in other parts of the country is the scent of mate cocido -i´ts like tea but with a herb called yerba mate, not sure how call it in english, sorry- and fresh chipá -again, not sure if had traslation, it´s like bread but instead of normal flour has cassava flour and cheese- with the sound of the rain in our ceiling
