Many words that aren’t in regional dictionaries are just slang, and nobody in their right mind would insist that slang be incorporated into the proper language, which is what people try do with x as a replacement for a/o. But w/e, if your argument is that people change the language I’m sure you’ll be fine when most of Latin Americans simply refuse to accept this change because we understand all too well how to speak our languages.
I will be fine if Latin America “refuses to accept it” because that won’t change the fact that we’ll still use it………not like I haven’t said that a thousand times now or anything
a lot of regional slang and anglicismos get picked up by the RAE years after they first surface and we still use them w/o their say-so even when they put out their little announcements and blogs trying to prescribe the usage of the spanish language LMAOOO
the e and x are gaining ground but u purists are really trying it because you’re big mad
